Security will make sure areas are secure and safe at events. This involves any hazards that may be found.

Engineering will track, maintain, and make available, any supplies needed by the ship for events and meetings.

Medical will be sure any needed medical information is available for members at ship events.

Science will maintain any charity work done by the ship.
